Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled General Maintenance worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall functionality and appearance of our facilities.

Duties:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address them efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance performed and inventory of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

Skills:

- Proficiency in using Systems (CMMS).
- Strong communication skills in English to interact with team members and vendors effectively.
- Ability to weld and perform basic electrical work.
- Customer service-oriented approach when dealing with internal stakeholders.
- Experience in supervising maintenance staff is a plus.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, logic controllers, and facilities maintenance best practices.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
