Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists with the supervision of the housekeeping employees, including Laundry Attendants and Housemen.
• plan and assigns work assignments.
• Provide training for new employees.
• Audits and inspects housekeeping work assignments and requests supplies as needed.
• Provides feedback on employee training, performance, attendance. Identifies concerns and brings to the attention of the EH or GM.
• Ensures employees are productive and completing tasks timely and within hotel standard.
• Maintain stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linens, and uniforms.
• Coordinating with the maintenance team to schedule preventive maintenance of rooms and public area when necessary.
• Immediately attending to guest requests.
• Will be required to clean guest rooms whenever necessary, and assist housekeeping team performing their tasks..
• Other duties as assigned.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Reporting breakages, damages and safety issues for repairs.
• Provide laundry services for guests.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to complete the daily cleaning schedule.

Key RequirementsRequirement

• Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills.
• housekeeping experience, with inspecting experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, eye for detail and knowledge of hotel standards, including laundry operations.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to follow instructions.
• Time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
