Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience from check-in to check-out. This is a great opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities: - Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner - Check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues in a timely manner - Assist with reservations, room assignments, and room changes as needed - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Qualifications: - Previous experience working in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred - Strong knowledge of phone systems and hotel management software - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus - Familiarity with night audit procedures is an advantage - Professional appearance and demeanor - Knowledge of proper phone etiquette We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within the hospitality industry.
