All candidates must meet these minimum requirements to be considered:

• Must be able to pass background check (no felonies)
• Must possess clean driving record
• Must possess reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift 75lbs
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after hours emergency service calls
• Ability to perform demolition work
• Ability to work in confined spaces (crawlspaces/attics)
• Must be available to work nights and weekends as part of on call rotation
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Possess strong communication skills
• Ability to read/write and speak English
• Ability to attend training classes and pass written examinations

Preferred candidates will possess:

• Minimum 3 years of industry experience
• Working knowledge of water and fire damage restoration best practices
• Ability to learn multiple computer systems simultaneously
• Fluent in Spanish
• OR Military Experience

Major duties and responsibilities:

• Follow appointments as scheduled by office staff
• Taking detailed photos and 3D scans of property
• Creating detailed drying reports

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
