Position Description
The Account Management Team will always work with integrity, demonstrate a desire to serve others, and possess the ability to solve problems. You will focus on:

• Creating and managing account growth plans and reviews.
• Conducting Product Application Training.
• Overseeing all aspects of Service Agreements and renewals.
• Utilizing Ram’s CRM.
• Expanding product line and assisting in new product development.
• Having virtual and in-person customer visits.

We expect you to:

• Work independently with a high degree of self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others.
• Have experience in sales or account management.
• Be willing to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High school Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalence Certificate.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in an MRO/industrial environment.
• Experience working with mid-to-executive level customer contacts.
