Assisted Living Resident Services Director – Ralston Creek Neighborhood

• Schedule: Monday to Friday; weekends as necessary
• Wages: $72,000 to $93,000 / annual salary DOE

Ralston Creek Neighborhood opened in 2016, and is a beautiful and state of the art Assisted Living and Memory Support community in Arvada, CO. We are actively seeking a passionate and empathetic Assisted Living Resident Services Director (LPN/RN) to join our dynamic and highly skilled team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and manage the daily nursing operations within our Assisted Living Department in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and community policies and procedures. You'll have the privilege of working closely with our valued residents on a daily basis while serving as the leader and mentor for our devoted support staff. About you:

• Current and valid Assisted Living or Residential Care Facility professional certification/qualification per federal and state regulations preferred, can obtain after hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business administration or a related field preferred.
• Three (3) to five (5) years’ leadership experience in a senior living facility or nursing home.
• Prior supervisory experience in a similar setting including budgeting, performance management, discipline, program development and management of staff.
• Working knowledge of long-term care facility medical practices and procedures, state and federal privacy laws, state and federal operations regulations, OSHA.
• Current and valid CPR and first aid certification is preferred.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, medical records and clinical software programs and other relevant business applications.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
