Ralph's Coffee is searching for associates for it's first-ever Florida location. The state-of-the-art café is coming to the Aventura Mall. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a world famous luxury brand that continues to grow and constantly promotes hard working individuals. The candidate must portray that exceptional service standards and product/brand expertise are a top priority. This position requires a "we" as opposed to "I" mentality. Also the ability to work in a fast-paced setting and do what it takes to ensure customer retention. Hospitality experience is a plus however not required. In depth barista and cashier training will be provided to all qualified candidates.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure clients receive the highest level of quality service in all points of contact: in the store, over the phone, and via electronic communication
• Bring to life Ralph Lauren's luxury brand environment by delivering our services as needed.
• Own the client experience for all hospitality needs within the coffee shop, including the food and beverage services for our neighboring retail store
• Support the development of meaningful and profitable relationships with internal and external clients through the execution of hospitality needs provided in the Ralph's Coffee establishment
• Take ownership in maintaining an effective and pristine shop environment, exhibiting strong attention to detail in service presentation and cleanliness standards
• Becomes an expert on service, in both personal and hospitality product presentation, following the brand guidelines and taking pride in ensuring the highest level of experience at all times
• Support your hospitality team in ensuring effective organization of team resources, partnering with the Supervisor and Manager on needs and process improvements that directly support an enhanced experience for the store teams and clients

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Barista/ cashiering/ serving experience preferred
• Well-developed communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
• Takes pride in personal presentation and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task, work in high pressure environment
• Possess a team first mindset
