Our Fiber Reinforced Plastics (FRP) department is growing rapidly! We are expanding production into a newly renovated facility and along with that we are bringing in new technology and processes to improve production!!

We are looking to add dependable team members to our first shift production which runs 5 days a week Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm and may require overtime (usually every other weekend). Due to the nature of work, this position will require you to be fitted for a respirator (you must be clean-shaven for this).

Overview:

In this position, candidates will utilize various fiber reinforced plastic materials to create and fabricate products to support the amusement, medical, and many other industries.

What you will do:

• Create FRP products by using various application methods such as vacuum infused resin, open mold application, or by hand.
• Utilize hand/power tools and hand mix chemicals
• Grind, trim, sand, buff, and wet wax parts
• Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) such as a respirator, safety glasses, Tyvek suit, etc.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Utilize production-driven software

Requirements:

• Must be willing to get fitted for a respirator
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• The ability to lift 50 pounds alone or with a partner
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability and willingness to work overtime (may include Saturdays)
• Experience or knowledge with pneumatic grinders / saws

Working hours are Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm must be flexible with business demand and be willing to work overtime as needed.
