Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide excellent service to our members.

Here at the American Legion, the Canteen hours of operation are 10am to 10pm Monday-Thursday and closing at 11pm on Friday and Saturdays we are open from Noon to 10pm. Our Canteen serves lunch Monday through Friday to the veterans, club members, and public 10:30am-1pm. Must be 21 years old or older.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Take food orders, serve the food, and interact with the customers
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Being able to manage the daily and weekend drawings
• Check member card to see that they are current members
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focus
• Be able to clean and wipe down the bar and tables during and after your shift when needed
• Resume and proven work experience as a bartender
• Comply with the beverage and food regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $10.45 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
