The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an immediate opportunity for a Service Scanner / Cashier with Rallye Mercedes-Benz ! Seeking reliable, energetic, motivated individuals with previous scanning and cashier experience who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position where they can utilize both their clerical and customer service experience to engage with a luxury client base;

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to :

• Handling a variety of clerical duties including : filing, scanning, data entry, etc.
• Creating and maintaining a welcoming environment for the service department.
• Greeting and directing all service clients.
• Fielding all incoming phone calls.
• Scheduling and confirming service appointments.
• Handling cash and taking credit card payments.
• Balancing cash drawers and completing bank deposits.
• Acting as a main support system for the service advisors and service management team.

PAY RANGE : $19 PER HOUR

Requirements

• Previous cashier / receptionist experience required, automotive cashier / receptionist experience preferred.
• Highly Detail Oriented
• Proficient in clerical work such as scanning, filing, etc.
• Outstanding Communication Skills
• Microsoft Office skills / general computer knowledge necessary.
• Organizational skills
• Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability
• Professional personal appearance
