Raleigh Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care Community searching for an Energetic and Positive person to join our team as Staffing Coordinator.

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for recruiting and the coordination of in-service training of the Health Services department.

- Develops the monthly health services staffing schedule and participates in after hours on call related to the health services department in accordance with scheduling guidelines. Will share in responsibilities of covering open shifts in accordance with the scheduling guidelines and state specific regulations.

- Participates in the recruitment, performance evaluation and disciplinary action of health services department staff.

- Keeps resident information confidential, respects resident’s rights, respects privacy and the right to self-determination by the residents.

- Staff Training and Education - Coordinates and participates in initial job duty specific orientation and training conducted for all health services staff in accordance with facility policy.

- Verifies completion of job duty specific orientation and training through routine review of the training documents as per current policy and procedure.

- Coordinates continuing training and education in accordance with state and facility policy and as identified through routine auditing of health services systems.

6. Is accurate, dependable, neat and thorough in assigned tasks.

7. Is effective in both verbal and oral communication

Physical Requirements :Has ability to do occasional heavy lifting (up to 40 pounds).Has the ability to stand for long periods of time on feet and ambulate quickly.

Full-time position - Sunday through Thursday.
