Raleigh Group PC is Hiring an Office Manager- Pediatric Practice Near Memphis, TN

Job Summary: We seek an experienced (preferably) and dedicated Office Manager(Human Resources) for our Pediatrics Practice. The ideal candidate will manage the practice's daily operations, including managing accounts, maintaining records, overseeing staff hiring & payroll, and generating timely reports for decision-making. The Office Manager will also work closely with the physicians and clinical staff to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities: The position is mainly responsible for the following:

  • Monitor and manage the office budget, including supplies and equipment.
  • Generate office reports, track productivity, and offer suggestions for strategic decision-making.
  • Help develop and implement office policies and procedures for efficient operations.
  • Work closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure that patient care is delivered professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with department supervisors to hire and manage support staff, including medical assistants, receptionists, and billing specialists. Maintain all HR records and manage the payroll process by working with an outsourced company.
  • Manage vendor contracts and relationships and help negotiate with vendors for goods and services.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal guidelines for regular filings.
  • Ensure that the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred. However, candidates with at least three years of relevant work experience in medical practice will also be considered.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (specifically MS Excel Q), QuickBooks software, and strong project management skills are required. In addition, candidates with knowledge of or willingness to learn medical billing and insurance processing, electronic health records (EHR), and practice management software will be considered positively.
  • Excellent skills with MS Office and other business productivity tools – experience with QuickBooks and Netchex.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
