Door, Frames and Hardware Installer

SHORE Total Office is seeking skilled, motivated and energetic Door, Frames and Hardware Installers. They will be interacting with clients as needed and resolving problems at job sites as required. Candidate must be able to enter all Federal Bases through a background check screening program.

Must have experience having installed items under the classification of Division 8 - Doors, Frames and Hardware.

Shore Total Office is willing to train qualified applicants who want to grow and are capable of learning new things. Candidates must be proficient in technology, and preferably have a prior understanding of carpentry.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Problem Solver
• Strong attention to detail and processes
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to take direction from other team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work well under time and other constraints
• Must know how to operate various hand tools

Requirements:

• Experience with Division 8 – Doors, Frames, and Hardware Installation
• Expert level using hand power tools
• Precise measurement skills
• Maintain a clean work space
• Adhere to all safety guidelines
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and client focus

Additional Requirements:

• Must have the ability to apply for and pass Federal background screening and ID verification - for necessary credentials to visit Federal/DoD work sites.

• Frequently lifting of heavy materials.
• Frequently walking and standing.
• Frequently working with hands.
• Reading, comprehending, writing, communicating.
