Rakotz Enterprise, Inc. is an Independent Service Provider for FedEx Ground. We hire for several contractors out of Fort Mill (across from Carowinds), and Charlotte terminal (beside the airport) and we want to hire you.
Here's how you qualify:

We need you to have 12 months of professional driving experience. Type of vehicle or job does not matter. As long as you were paid to drive on a public street.

You must be able to pass a background check.

We do pre-employment and random drug tests. Pass them.

You must have a clean driving record. A speeding ticket or two is alright, but you should really slow down.

We deliver alcohol, so you must be 21 or older.

FedEx's weight limit for any single package is 150 lbs. We have equipment to help you move packages that big. We only require that you are able to lift 50 lbs without assistance.

Here's what we'll do for you:

We provide your vehicle, and uniform.

We'll pay you to train. $100 per day. You and a qualified trainer will ride together.

We'll start you off at $150 per day once you're on a route.

Though we do require weekend availability, scheduling is pretty flexible.
