Total Pay by Year:

• Year 1: $37 - $43 / Hr Dental
• Year 2: $39.50 - $45.50 / Hr Dental
• Year 3: $40.25 - $46.25 / Hr Dental

Details:

1. Base Wage:
   • Competitive pay based on experience: $34 - $39 /Hr
2. Performance Bonus:
   • Earn extra for meeting goals: $1.80 - $3.67 /Hr
3. Paid Time Off (PTO):
   • Sick Time: 1 week after 3 months (2% / $0.75 /Hr)
   • Vacation Time: 1 week > 1 year (2% $0.75/Hr), 2 weeks > 2 years (4% $1.50/Hr)
4. 401K:
   • 5% contribution after 1 year: $1.70 - $1.95 /Hr
5. Dental Benefits:
