Job Summary:
RaiZan Solutions, a franchise company in Council Bluffs, Iowa, is seeking a motivated and skilled individual for the role of 2nd shift Refrigeration Maintenance Technician. In this role, the individual will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration units in our franchise locations. This is a full-time, salary position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $27 to $33 per hour, paid monthly.

Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration units in franchise locations
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose any issues with refrigeration units
• Complete repairs and replacements of faulty parts
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
• Communicate with franchise owners to provide updates on repairs and maintenance
• Keep inventory of parts and supplies
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repairs
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in refrigeration maintenance
• Knowledge of refrigeration units and their components
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Physically able to lift and move heavy objects
• Available to work 2nd shift hours
