Your Role at Raising Cane’s:

The Regional Safety and Security Manager is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the effective strategy to mitigate safety, security and loss prevention risks. This role is tasked with assisting with maintaining continuity of operations and provide for the safety of Raising Cane’s crewmembers and customers.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

• Implements Raising Cane’s safety and security programs and the organization’s strategic goals for their assigned restaurants complying with state and federal laws
• Provides independent, objective analysis of safety and security risks ensuring appropriate management and also establishes mechanisms to resolve and mitigate issues
• Actively builds relationships cross-functionally within the organization and provides support through communication ensuring effective, on-going awareness and training
• Initiates, supports and maintains partnerships with local law enforcement officials and agencies to understand current trends and issues, and participates in local events as needed
• Develops and manages processes to provide support to internal partners in identifying, detecting and preventing losses including but not limited to:
• Physical security, confidential investigations, policy enforcement, program assessment and observation
• Collaborates with safety and security leaders to implement safety and health programs, and continually monitors and updates to ensure safety for crew and customers

Requirements for Success:

• 5 years of experience in safety, security, and loss prevention management with a proven track record of results
• Knowledge of food service industry trends and issues
• Experience working in conflict and post-conflict situations and interview course accreditation
• Able to work with external safety and security systems
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
• Microsoft Proficient/Mastery: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• 2 years of customer service experience or a minimum of one year as a restaurant manager with Raising Cane’s
• Experience in quick service restaurant, fast casual or other customer service based industry preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Able to work an on-call schedule including days, nights and weekends
• Able to work out of a home office and travel extensively
