Our key client in the Legal industry is growing like crazy and adding to their team. We have a Mailroom Associate role on the team.

Work Type: Onsite - Beaverton OR 97005

Shifts Available: With optional OT and weekend opportunities

4:30 PM-1:00 AM PST - $18.00/hour on W2

Training Schedule: On-site training during shift

Duration: 12-month contract with possible extension

Job Overview:

• The Mailroom Clerk position is responsible for helping in various areas of the company’s Systems Mail Center including handwork, fanning, quality check, and sorting responsibilities.
• Quality results driven with an eye for detail in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment is the ideal incumbent for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Handwork

• Staple packets, stuffing envelopes, and organizing items as directed by standard operating procedures.

Fanner

• Assists either Insert/Sorter operator at the end of the mail machines.
• Quality check production mail pieces to ensure mail is produced by standard operating procedures.
• Also, performs line breakdown and tray preparation for entry into the USPS.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of USPS Regulations.
• Results-driven with high attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
• Must be able to sit or stand on your feet all day and be able to bend, turn, twist, and lift.
• Must be able to understand English and follow operator instructions.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
