Our key client in the Legal industry is looking for additional members to their team. We have a Claims Contract Attorney role on the team.

Pay Rate: $33.00/hour on W2.

Work Type: Remote - 50 miles from Beaverton, OR, and Phoenix, AZ

Work Hour: 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM PST

Duration: 12-month contract (with possible extension)

Job Overview:

• We have an immediate need for attorneys who will be critical members of a project team responsible for handling product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters.
• These are not eDiscovery document review positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing claim documents.
• Preparing detailed responses to sometimes complex written inquiries of claimants and counsel.
• Fielding sometimes complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel.
• Receiving training, direction, and oversight from project directors, project managers, project coordinators, and/or other project team members.
• “Best-in-class” customer service is expected to be provided to both internal and external clients.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school (a foreign law degree may suffice).
• Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Class action and/or mass tort experience are a plus.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Flexibility.
• Customer service approach.
• The highest levels of professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work are required.
