Job Description:

• Lead Workday releases and new feature implementations partnering with HR product teams on change management.
• Define/refine DevOps metrics. Ensure appropriate plans are developed to mitigate the "reds" and lead projects, as required, to meet the desired metric goals.
• Develop, standardize, and sustain daily management systems based on metrics to deliver on Workday DevOps goals.
• Lead compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to IT Risk policies. Support internal and external audits as required.
• Collaborate with HR product teams to identify Workday product gaps/issues and partner with Workday to resolve those to meet requirements.
• Partner with other workstreams to align on release and testing plans.
• Coordinate dependencies between the HR product areas and ensure alignment to release goals.
• Work to remove impediments and facilitate continuous improvements in DevOps processes.
• Guide and coach products teams in agile best practices to ensure successful implementation of Workday modules and projects.
• Execute in a fast-paced delivery mode and focus on delivering tasks to meet the product release goals while aligning to DevOps governance processes.
• Experience in DevOps tools like Rally
