Create a great buying and ownership experience for our clientele, helping customers find and purchase the right vehicle to meet their needs.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses, guiding them through their vehicle purchase
  • Create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers
  • Perform high-quality, knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles and automotive features
  • Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals
  • Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
  • Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models

Paid Time Off

  • All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
  • Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date.

Qualifications


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Automotive sales experience is highly preferred but not necessary for this role; other sales experience will be considered with steady work history
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills including listening, speaking and presenting
  • Outgoing personality with ability to effectively establish rapport; developing and fostering professional relationships with the customers and colleagues
  • Exhibit determination to address and overcome customer objections during the sales process
  • High personal achievement standards
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Professional Appearance
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
