Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in a dental office setting. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and assist with check-in process
- Schedule and confirm appointments for dental treatments
- Collect and update patient information in electronic medical records
- Explain treatment plans, costs, and insurance coverage to patients
- Coordinate with insurance providers to verify coverage and submit claims
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an office setting, preferably in a dental or medical office
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with insurance verification and claims processing is a plus
