Rainier Industries is a local manufacturing organization with a long, established history.
We are looking for a Heat Seal Operator to join our team. This is an entry level position with on-the-job training, yet the ideal candidate should feel comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
In this role you will heat seal products like tents and banners using Radio Frequency (RF) machines.
What we are looking for:

• Experience in a production environment is helpful.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to learn and understand which piece to sew, proper orientation of materials and type of seams.
• Hand and eye coordination.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Ability to stay on track, work as a team and meet production schedules.
• Ability to work Monday - Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm.

Benefits and Compensation:
This is an hourly position, eligible for overtime. Hourly pay is $18.29 - $18.50.
