Duties/Responsibilities
- Greet clients and other visitors
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Receive mail, packages, and courier deliveries
- Perform administrative and clerical support tasks
- Perform basic filing and recordkeeping as needed
- Various driving errands such as court filings, deliveries to other law firms, post office, etc.
- Sweep entrances periodically to maintain cleanliness
- Performs other duties as assigned by Administrative Supervisor and Firm Partners in Martin.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Must have reliable transportation, driver's license and proof of insurance for driving errands.
