Role Summary:

At Raindrop Car Wash, we are looking to break through the typical “car wash” standards and reimage our brand. We are seeking a Graphic Designer to bring creative visions to life through design. You will own everything from ideation to creation. We pride ourselves on innovation and creativity, so we will be implementing new ideas across all channels. This role will have the opportunity to expand into a Creative Director role.

This individual should also be able to take creative ideation and fit it into our brand image, brand guidelines, and brand voice. Brand consistency is a requirement. This position will also help our training department create internal content for training and company events.

Role Responsibilities:

• Create awesome content and designs! An injection of creativity is the #1 goal.
• Engage in design briefs and strategy sessions.
• Help create and adhere to the brand’s personality. This can evolve, but we just need to stick to it once we create it.
• Develop and execute creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms, including print, digital, social media, and video.
• Mock-up designs of stores and store materials (tunnel arches, etc.).
• Photography and video production and editing.
• Internal content creation, presentation templates, office designs, training center designs, etc.
• Template creation for repetitive needs (social posts, monthly promotions, mailers).
• Presenting new concepts.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• 3 years of graphic design experience in a creative environment.
• Experience with video editing and/or motion graphics software is a plus.
• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Content Management software (CMS).
• Knowledge of marketing principles and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a passion for innovation in design.

Payment:

Base Salary: $60,000-$80,000 (Based on Experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
