Duties:

We are hiring for our Residential Branch and looking for an experienced window cleaner who is trained in ladder work. Potential for unlimited income! Pay is dependent on level of experience, organization, and reliability. Must be proficient in window cleaning technique. Part-time transitioning into Full time during Spring and Fall, based on performance.

- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors using a squeegee and appropriate cleaning solutions and tools
- Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows to ensure a streak-free finish
- Wipe down window frames, squeegee water off sills, to remove dust and debris
- Use ladders or other equipment to reach high windows safely
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when necessary
- Ensure that all cleanings are completed efficiently and in a timely manner based on provided weekly schedules

- Obtain signatures and collect payment upon completion of work

- Reliable Vehicle required

- 3 References Required

- Ability to work outside in most weather conditions, and complete work on schedule

- Smart Phone, Text, Computer, Scanning App, and Email helpful to reduce drive time

Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is required and must be listed on application or resume.
- Knowledge of different cleaning techniques and products for windows
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness

Other Information:

- Part-time 1-2 days/week. May transition into Full -Time based on performance.

- Start-up equipment provided

- Potential to earn up to $60,000 annually depending on speed and experience
