We are looking to hire a Restoration Technician or laborer possessing knowledge of property restoration, demolition and mitigation.

This individual will help us increase our capability to render professional-level service in a timely and quality manner.

This is a critical position that will allow us to sustain our competitive edge in the restoration marketplace

Specific Responsibilities :

• Assist in restoration, remediation, and clean-up
• Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner
• Set a quality example and lead with enthusiasm
• Respond to jobs and initiate mitigation services
• Communicate about scope of work and review necessary paperwork to achieve
• Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained to be available at all times
• Perform other duties as needed
• Restoration and mitigation experience are a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record required.
• Able to occasionally lift and / or move up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to exhibit a high attention to detail ensuring the highest quality of workmanship throughout restoration projects.
• Ability to perform water damage and fire cleaning tasks.
• Understand and execute work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Ability to operate efficiently with minimum supervision.
• Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to participate in all training as needed or required.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations.
