Rainbow Pediatric Center is a primary care pediatric office with multiple providers and four locations in Duval and St. Johns County. We are one of the fastest growing pediatric practices in the Jacksonville area. We are known for our quality and innovation in care and have an excellent reputation in our community. While providing general pediatric care to the families of our communities, we are expanding into areas of community classes and behavioral health. Our Medical Receptionist will be responsible for cheerfully greeting parents & patients and providing information regarding family accounts or appointment scheduling. This position does not require clinical experience, but does require an exemplary level of customer service as the face of RPC. The ideal candidate will have previous medical office experience and will be both competent and compassionate.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, greet patients, and schedule appointments.
• Verify patient insurance plans/claims and collecting co-pays & balances.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, physicians, and other healthcare staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
