Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the early childhood education setting
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for children
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Follow all licensing regulations and guidelines for child welfare

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with young children
