As our Client Success Team Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and supporting a high-performing team dedicated to client success. You'll leverage your expertise to:
- Champion Operational Excellence - Lead by example: ensuring efficient workload management, effective customer interactions, and adherence to client success processes.
- Drive Team Growth - Conduct regular coaching sessions, analyze metrics, and advocate for team needs.
- Foster Client Success - Be the first line of defense for client retention, de-escalate issues, and contribute to client success initiatives.
- Shape the Future - Participate in projects to enhance client success policies and implement new tools.
- Proven experience in technical support or customer success (SaaS/software preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on empathy and understanding client needs.
- Advanced leadership skills and the ability to coach effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
