OVERVIEW

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, hardworking and have a can – do attitude. Candidate will have the ability to bring new experience, disciplines, and knowledge to complement the Steele Extrusion Team.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Is responsible for safety, and housekeeping for the respective work area(s)

· Assists Production Supervisor to achieve day to day safety, quality and production goals.

· Ability to identifying quality defects and ensures quality of product produced.

· Ability to measure and record quality data.

· Ability to read packaging and assembly instructions.

· Able to handle all packaging needs.

· Assists with changeovers where procedures are tested and well established.

· Able to fill out production paperwork.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Basic computer skills

· 1 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse and or industrial setting

· Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.

· Availability of time to work at night, on weekends and 12-hour shifts.

· Proven track record with attendance and reliable transportation
