Who We are Looking For

As our Brand Ambassador and Engagement Specialist, you will embody our mission and bring a natural flair for sales to every aspect of your role. Your responsibilities will span across five key areas:

· Conducting live selling sessions on platforms like Facebook Live and YouTube.

· Creating engaging video content for platforms such as Instagram Stories, TikTok, and YouTube.

· Collaborating with our existing team on marketing and content strategy.

· Analyzing sales and inventory reports to identify opportunities for growth.

· Providing support to our team leader, in various operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Must Have

· You must resonate with our core demographic of women age, demonstrating engaging and relatable communication skills.

· A passion for fashion is essential, with a keen eye for trends and style.

· Commitment to building the XXXX brand exclusively, without engaging in conflicting business or audience-building activities.

Skills/Requirements

· Genuine passion for fashion.

· Active involvement in social media, staying updated with trends, and engaging with followers.

· Personal social media presence aligned with brand values.

· Experience in content creation and management across various social media platforms.

· Comfortable in front of the camera, able to embody the voice and ethos.

· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a knack for detail-oriented teamwork.

· Natural leadership qualities coupled with a desire for long-term growth and support of our business and mission.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
