About the role:
As a Scrum Master/Agile Coach, your development activities at the Cyber Operations Branch program office adhere to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). SAFe offers proven, integrated principles, practices, and competencies to implement lead, agile, and DevOps at scale. Additionally, this program office personifies DevSecOps which automates the integration of security at every phase of the software development lifecycle from initial design, through integration, testing, deployment, and software delivery. These development efforts shall result in two deployable defensive cyber solutions to protect, defend, and respond to USSF mission systems.
What we are looking for:
  • 6 years of hands-on experience
  • Experience in at least two of the following applications/frameworks: JIRA, Confluence, & Slack
  • Experience or knowledge in the following Areas: Agile software development, agile methodologies, software development life cycle management, cross-functional team
  • Must possess or have the ability to obtain SAFe Scrum Master & SAFe for Teams, or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master & SAFe for Teams
  • You may be required to travel periodically within the continental U.S.
Highly preferred:
  • Relevant DoD and/or Industry work experience
  • Experience with Cyber Operations Branch (SSC/SZYO) program office
  • Advisory and Assistance Service (A&AS), or System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) to Government program office
  • Experience with ACAT I/II level acquisition programs
Clearance Requirements:
  • Active Secret security clearance

  • May require up to 10% travel
Salary Range :
  • $95,000 - $125,000
  • The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities
