Loads and unloads washers according to production standards and performs custodial duties as required.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Operate loan and unload washersEnsure that each load is labeled correctly by customerMonitor chemical dispensing systems and suppliesMonitor equipment to ensure safe and proper operationAssign correct wash formula to customer/wash loadSupply ironers and dryers with product to main production standardsClean personal work area and public areas each day
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Shake out tangled, semi-dry linens to assist Ironers and Dry Deck
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to operate laundry machinery
Ability to maintain the production standards set forth by the Production Manager
Ability to work with little to no supervision
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
Ability to read and write English and perform basic math functions
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a regular basis
Ability to stand at production work stations for extended periods of time
