When you join us as a Patient Service Representative Team Lead you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21^st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:

• Greets and register patients in a friendly and service-oriented manner obtaining complete and pertinent information;
• Creates and maintains weekly Patient Service Representative schedule
• Answers patient questions for scheduling, preps for studies or insurance
• Communicates with Radiologists and referring physicians, addressing any concerns
• Properly address patient, co-workers or vendors complaints
• Trains new employees when needed

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Experience providing exceptional customer service
• Medical terminology knowledge and recent medical/radiology office experience is preferred.
