• It’s a 9 Weeks assignment
• Shift: 6Pm to 6:30AM, (12x3) Night Shift is available
• No RtO's will be approved
• Start Date: 05/13/2024
• Guarantee hours:36hr

Note: Candidate must be a team player, punctual, and able to handle long term care and or skilled unit. Must know PCC, POC, TAR, MAR, Omnicell and know how to communicate with direct care team members and lead them. Must communicate with Scheduler, DON, UM's and Admin. NO RTO for holidays for approved. Building does have a dedicated COVID Unit.

Submission Requirements:

• Must have recent 1 year exp in LTC, Rehab or nursing setting.

Certifications & License: Active NM state license or multi-state & BLS (AHA)

Documents:

• Updated Resume
• Two Professional References from recent or within last two years employment(Supervisor).
• Last 4 digit of SSN
• Covid Card
