The Radisson Hotel Seattle Airport, located across the street from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), is looking for looking for an energetic individual to our Front Office team for a Driver position.

We are also offering a $250 signing bonus after the completion of the 90-day probationary period.
PAY DETAILS:
Hourly Wage of $19.06
Key Responsibilities
Operates guest courtesy shuttle
* Greets guests and welcomes them to the city
* Makes scheduled courtesy van pick-ups and drop offs in accordance with schedule
* Follows safety rules and regulations when operating the vehicles
* Assists guests with baggage
* Adjusts drop off and pick up schedule based on demand
* Keeps current on and promotes accommodations, services and area attractions
* Responds to customer inquiries for information
Provides valet parking services (if applicable)
* Maintains valet parking board
* Secures keys and releases cars in accordance with Performs other duties as required by Management to provide 100% Guest Satisfaction and genuine hospitality to our Guest.
Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of, genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations
* Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility, and uses teamwork when providing guest service
* Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution, and follows through when resolving guest problems
* Provides Yes I Can! genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis
* Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction
* Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality
Performs other duties as required by Management to provide 100% Guest Satisfaction and genuine hospitality to our Guest
Requirements/Skills
* Ideal candidate will have a minimum of one-year hospitality experience in customer service
* Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
* Follows instructions and communicates effectively
* Works well independently or as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail
* Commitment to exceptional guest service
* Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
* Adheres to the policies and procedures of the hotel
* Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
* State Driver's License with no restrictions that prevent operating hotel shuttle.
* Ability to clear all necessary airport certification requirements to operation shuttle in airport
Physical Demands
* Required to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of times
* Lift, carry, or otherwise move and use of force or exertion up to 75 lbs.
* Use of manual dexterity of common office equipment; such as but not limited to, computers, printers, phones ect.
