Radiomedix is Hiring a Senior Research Scientist II Near Houston, TX
- Ensure selection of appropriate in vitro and or in vivo methods and animal models to evaluate absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion (ADME), and pharmacokinetic (PK) of radio-Theranostics drugs in GLP settings.
- Responsible for generation of tumor xenografts and orthotopic models and execution of toxicity and efficacy studies of radio-Theranostics drugs
- Responsible for the analysis, interpretation, integration, and reporting of preclinical data generated for R&D and IND purposes.
- Work permit in the United States of America
- Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field, including an MS degree with at least 5 years of industry experience, or a Ph.D. degree with preferably but not required industry experience.
- Recommendation letter from two references familiar with the scientific performance and capabilities of the candidate.
- Expertise in toxicity and efficacy and PK studies and data analysis
- Expert in vivo rodents handling skill, dosing (IV, SC, IP, PO, etc.) and harvesting tissues/fluids.
- Self-motivation, ability to work independently and excellent organizational skills that enable multitasking and working within timelines are required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to interact and conduct strategic planning with colleagues in other scientific disciplines.
- In-depth knowledge of the overall drug discovery process.
