• How many years of experience are you looking for? Do you need someone with a particular degree or certification?
You don’t have to have a technical or mechanical background but understand window-type systems – and case files - one on the part of the tech side and one on the service side.
HM is not strict on years of experience and would prefer someone pursuing a degree in automotive and engineering or with dealer or auto-related interest/ exp
Part exp or atmosphere/ dealership/ someone retired or in school for learning more about would be helpful but not needed
• What are some of the performance indicators you’ll be looking for once this person ramps up? (Meeting deadlines, quality of work, etc
- The ability to work case files/ document the details that are needed (using photos/ videos/ notes that the customers provide)
- In putting all info gathered into case files
Job Description: Summary:
The main function of a call center/customer service specialist is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical customer service specialist is responsible for determining the client’s issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.
