We are seeking a Registered Nurse / RN to join our dynamic team as a Weekend Supervisor for 7am-7pm! You will be responsible for the assessment, treatment of assigned patients. Also for the planning, organizing, and implementing of daily nursing assignments to ensure the delivery of care to the residents within their area of supervision. Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; and be currently licensed in the State of Florida.
Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Administer nursing care to residents/patients
- Follow patient treatment plans as ordered
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention as appropriate
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nursing as a RN, preferably 1 year in long term care
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
