We are looking to add a Lead qualified or assistant qualified staff member to our amazing team! We have 3 preschool classrooms whose staff work closely together to build and implement an amazing Montessori based curriculum. Our staff, curriculum coordinator, and management team work hard to ensure everyone feels supported in their role and has the resources to succeed with us.
We are willing to train you in Radiant's teaching methods and policies if you have the passion to learn and grow with us.
Positions is part time OR full time. Flexible start time, but must be able to work until 6pm.
Pay ranges from $17 -$20 per hour with other excellent benefits for full time employees. Pay rate will depend on experience and qualifications.

We are looking to interview dedicated and passionate candidates with the intent to hire asap.
Schedule:

• 5 - 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider
• Strong understanding of child development
• Patient, kind, and nurturing
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• First aid/CPR certified or willing to obtain certification (paid for by Radiant)
