IDC/RCD is hiring a Medical Receptionist - PRN located at our Cedar Rapids clinic.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet patients and check patients in/out for appointments
• Handle incoming/outgoing patient communications (phone, e-mail, website)
• Schedule patient appointments via phone/in person
• Process patient payments
• Assist with appointment reminder calls and insurance eligibility verification
• Disseminate patient needs to Providers, Clinic, and other Administrative Staff
• Other duties as assigned
• Provide coverage at Cedar Falls and Cedar Rapids locations
