Large commercial strip center in need of skilled maintenance and turn technician

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Performing service requests and routine general maintenance
Proper reporting of completed service requests through company system Commercial suite punch work
Maintain vendor relations
Coordinate and schedule vendors for all aspects of suite turn/rehab if needed
Tenant relations if needed during service work performed
Work within budget guidelines

Required skills:

At least 5 years experience in commercial maintenance and repair

Proficiency in general maintenance and repair

General plumbing, electrical, drywall and carpentry skills a must

Experience with lift stations

PTAC ac installation experience

HVAC and/or EPA Certification a plus

Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

Ability to use a smartphone for service order reporting

Ability to work inside or outside in year round
Ability to lift/move heavy items including appliances if needed
Ability to work alone or with others as required
Must have reliable transportation
Must have cell phone with the ability to be on call for after hours emergencies.

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Ability to monitor multiple vendors through rehab or turn process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
