Supply Chain Manager
Full-Time, Exempt Status

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the supply chain and logistics team to ensure that objectives are met
• Implement the flow management model defined by the group supply chain and optimize it while ensuring the information systems match the expectations of the business
• Ensure processes are properly executed inside the UAP of the site
• Guarantee compliance with supply chain “best practices” and define the control plan
• Collect and manage process improvement needs, as well as information systems evolutions (requirements specifications, tests and validation)
• Analyze non‐added value of processes to improve their performance
• Coordinate projects and improvements in supply chain activity with cross‐functional players (buyer, engineering, IS, etc.)
• Train and mentor team members to adopt best practices and learn new tools as they become available

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (preferred)
• 3 years of Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement and Quality Standards experience
• ERP experience (SAP preferred)
• To comply with ITAR, must be US Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
