Radial, the leader in omnichannel commerce technologies and operations has an exciting opening for a Training and Onboarding Lead. Radial’s omnichannel solutions use cutting-edge technology and analytics to optimize the e-commerce end to end processes reducing costs for our customer while enhancing the consumer experience.
Role Summary:
The Trainer will work closely with Operations in providing essential training (new hire, cross training, and refresher training) to associates (SSP and FTE) in the operation. The responsibility of the position is to facilitate the fulfillment center’s training programs to associates to achieve success in their job and meet our client’s needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records to track training progress and completion.
  • Remain proficient in other fulfillment center areas and assist with processing when needed.
  • Support the fulfillment centers initiatives and associate onboarding.
  • Provide initial training and role overview to associates.
  • Provide continued training to associates as requested by Operations.
  • Observe associates work and provide feedback to Supervisors.
  • Remain up to date on current standard operating procedures.
  • Responsible for ensuring individuals assigned are clocking into correct department/task.
  • Responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of training in assigned department.
  • Gather notes and logs tracking hours trained in department.
  • Track and document concerns, issues with trainees.
  • Provide efficient and accurate support to assist the fulfillment center in achieving goals.
  • Work closely with Leads and Supervisors, maintaining timely communication.
  • Ensure quality is communicated in the moment of training.
  • Ensure training checklist and all other training documents are completely filled out and returned to Supervisor.
  • Keep the department supervisor informed of daily training progress.
  • Communicate to the trainee expectations around our core values, productivity, and quality.
  • Advanced knowledge and ability to effectively perform in multiple functional areas of the fulfillment operation (inbound and outbound) to prepare, process and move merchandise productively, safely, accurately and per established standards, guidelines, and production rates.
  • Remain proficient in other fulfillment center areas and assist with processing when needed.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED Required
  • Excellent communication
  • Motivation
  • Strong computer literacy and knowledge of computer software
  • Must possess visual acuity to read labels, RF scanners and to maneuver throughout facility
  • Must be able to hear and understand verbal instructions
  • Must possess capability to walk or stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up-to 35 pounds.
  • Must be able to push or pull carts of up to 100 pounds
  • Must be able to climb stairs
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and grasp products
Preferred Qualifications:

Travel:
  • This position is not remote.
  • Travel is not required.
Hours: Wednesday-Saturday 5am-3:30pm. Must be available for additional hours as needed.
