Position Description Summary

Candidate will serve as Junior Operations Support at the RSi Corporate Office. Responsibilities include supporting the corporate staff in day-to-day operational needs including but not limited to Contract Support Tasks, Business Development Tasks, direct support to the Operations Management Team, as well as support to the Financial Management Team. Tasks will include:

Non-Disclosure Agreement / Teaming Arrangement Log Tracking

• Non-Disclosure Agreement / Teaming Arrangement document generation per request
• Secondary point of contact for Subcontracts Monthly Deliverables provided to Prime Contract holders.
  • Deliverables include training report tracking, status report tracking, invoice tracking and other contract documents.
• Month End Travel close-outs
  • Receipt tracking / investigations.
  • Purchase Order / Purchase Request Consolidation / Investigate/tracking.
• Unanet utilization for Contract Clause loading by Contract
• Unanet utilization for Wage Determination loading requirements.
• Unanet utilization for financial report creations
• Engagement within Unanet CRM for company / contact loading and creation
• Business Development engagement support within the Unanet CRM for target tracking
• SharePoint integration and page creation responsibilities
• Policy review and creation support
• Training review and creation support
• Some travel may be required.

Required Experience/Education:

• BS Degree
• Financial reporting

Security Clearance Requirement:

Must meet eligibility for a SECRET clearance.

Preferred Experience: (i.e.: Knowledge, skills, abilities, software, etc.)

• Master’s degree
• Contracts Understanding
• SharePoint Creator

• Ability to lift >15 lbs.

• Work attire must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk / hazard to the employee or others.
