Radia has an exciting opportunity for an Imaging Center Information Technology Analyst I (IC IT Analyst I) to join our dynamic team!

Compensation: 

Hourly salary range $21.19/hour to $29.87/hour. Salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status.

The Imaging Center Information Technology Analyst I (IC IT Analyst I) primary responsibility is to provide first tier support to Radia’s physicians, staff, and our referring providers. This support includes technical evaluation, installation, configuration, repair, maintenance of PC hardware, software, and over the phone support.

This position will be located in Seattle, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

  • First Tier Technical Support: Ability to answer calls promptly, create tickets, provide tier 1 technical support, and know when to escalate for resolutions.
  • tR Deployments: Be able to deploy any Radia diagnostic workstation with the equipment/support provided from Corporate.
  • Customer Service: Provides customer service that meets service level agreements (SLA's). Proactively provides recommendations on improvements to meet SLA's. Maintains Radia's helpdesk through e-mail, phone, IM, and ticketing systems.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Effectively provides service and/or resolves problems, escalates issues to appropriate team member or Manager as needed. Dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers, works to create a positive experience with each interaction.
  • Prioritization: Ensures that competing priorities are balanced so that technical resources are used in the most effective manner possible.
  • Asset Tracking: Implements asset tracking of desktop hardware and hardware stores for IT Services team as directed by Systems Engineer Supervisor.
  • Vendor Support: Know when to escalate issues that require vendor support.
  • Downtime Situations: Triage and escalate downtime communications during a downtime event.
  • Maintaining: Inventory and replenishing spare equipment.
  • Workflow Knowledge: Basic Level understanding of DICOM, Faxing, RIS, and EMR-HIS workflows.

Prior Experience: Preferred two years’ experience supporting Windows and MS Office in a Windows Domain environment with a minimum of 40 systems in a clinical setting. Experience in support of healthcare in general, RIS, EMR-HIS, PACS, and radiology in specific, is preferred. Relevant Certifications include CompTIA A /Network , Microsoft MCP/MCSA, or a combination of equivalent work experience and similar certifications.
