Wrike Consultant
Type: Contract | Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Responsibilities: Configure and maintain Wrike account settings, including work schedules, custom fields, and user groups. Manage user permissions and license types, ensuring everyone has the access they need. Onboard new team members by setting up their Wrike profiles and providing training. Offboard departing team members by deactivating accounts and managing data security. Analyze team workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency within Wrike. Develop and implement best practices for Wrike usage across the organization. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track project progress and team performance. Stay up-to-date on the latest Wrike features and updates, recommending and implementing those that benefit the team. Troubleshoot basic Wrike user issues and answer questions regarding functionality. Collaborate with the IT team to resolve any complex technical problems. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience managing Wrike ( Wrike Certification is a plus). Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams. Proficiency in using web-based applications and software. Problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions independently.
