Description
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement BI solutions using Azure, Power BI, or Databricks (familiarity with at least one required)
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data models, reports, and dashboards
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from various data sources
- Create clear and concise data visualizations that effectively communicate insights
- Troubleshoot and resolve BI system issues
- Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of BI solutions
- Stay up-to-date on the latest BI technologies and trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or similar role
- Proven experience with data modeling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data warehousing concepts
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience with cloud-based BI platforms (Azure, Power BI, or Databricks)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
