Position OverviewRadcom is adding to our resource pool of qualified instructional designers interested in future project opportunities.
Ideal candidates will have strong Instructional Design experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in corporate instructional design is required. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve are a must.

Ideal candidates will have strong Instructional Design experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in corporate instructional design is required. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve are a must.
Key Functions
- Conduct informational gathering interviews with users and subject matter experts;
- Plan, organize, design and/or develop instructional materials, including training plans, reference material, online help, training materials and other types of user assistance;
- Facilitate courses both in-person and virtual;
- Challenge the status quo and find innovative ways to approach training solutions and enhance overall efficiency;
- Edit, proofread and format materials using a variety of software tools;
- Bachelors degree in related field or related work experience
- Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in corporate instructional design
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and methodology, and their application in managing training delivery
- Expert level in 2 or more software tools
- Knowledge of technical and/or instructional design
- Strong writing skills in development of training and technical materials
- Ability to work in variety of environments
- Consulting experience a plus
Salary: $40 per hour
